What began in 2014 as a small operation—run out of a single-family home with a shed (assembled by hand from Lowe’s) serving as our first warehouse—has grown into a multi-million-dollar waterproofing company based in Pelham, Alabama. Today, our team manages 35 to 40 active contracts year-round, along with numerous small projects and service calls.

RCS specializes in below-grade foundation waterproofing systems, fluid-applied air barriers, exterior sealants, expansion joints, and traffic coating systems. We proudly serve Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and communities throughout Alabama, delivering dependable protection for both commercial and residential projects.
